Propp is a comparison website for bridging loans, commercial loans, buy to let mortgages, secured loans, development loans and auction finance. The front end provides visitors with a table of loan products sourced from Propp’s own database or from a loan provider - Twenty7tec, depending on the product type. Results are based on criteria entered with additional filter options. The product list updates in near-real time avoiding the need for users to go through a lengthy stepped process. From the initial product listing a user journey generates and updates the CRM. The backend enables Propp staff to maintain a database of lenders and perform other housekeeping functions.
