TAG is a fashion store in Winchester and stocks around a dozen independent brands, all designed and manufactured in the UK. TAG approached Think Creative to produce a brand new eCommerce store that would reflect the brands minimal asthetic and provide an easy way for customers nationwide to purchase their carefully curated collections.
They also required support on developing their Digital Marketing strategy via various Social Media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
We produced a fully functional e-commerce website displaying a unique collection of hand-picked clothing and accessories. The website design is sophisticated and simple, using high quality photography and includes an easy-to-use payment system and content managed product catalogue.
The website also features a 'click and collect' option for customers in the local area to purchase new styles before anyone else. The site is fully responsive making browsing and purchasing collections on the go really simple.
After implementing the Digital Marketing strategy, TAG saw a huge increase in their audience on all social networks. Their Facebook business page grew from 300 likes to over 1,500 in just 3 months. This increase was also seen on their website with traffic from social networks accounting for 50% of online sales. After introducing the 'click and collect' feature on purchases, the store saw an increase in online sales in the local area as customers could purchase from home, pickup their order at their convenience and save on shipping costs.
