Taking a successful boutique online. Shopify, Instagram and beyond...



The Brief


Sass & Edge quickly established themselves as a popular shopping destination for Winchester women. The owners Sally and Rachel came to us with the task of taking their in-store success online.  They wanted their instore and online systems to mirror each other and integrate their customer mailing list also.








What we did


We created a Shopify store which (naturally) integrates perfectly with the Shopify In-Store POS system they were using; this meant their product uploads, sales, inventory, disount codes and payments all run through one simple system.  The Shopify system also links into their Instagram (allowing us to seamlessly activate their Instagram Shopping) and Mailchimp to control their email marketing and mailing lists.



How we helped


Having your Shopify product catalogue sync with your Instagram and your in-store Shopify POS talk to your Mailchimp not only saves the business time but dramatically increases sales opportunities. An example of a customer journey is as follows:
