Where your order comes from
Every piece is made to order and printed by our print partner, Printful. UK orders are made at Printful’s UK facility where available. Orders going further afield may be made at another facility.

How long it takes
There are 2 parts to the wait. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on where you are. We’ll show an estimated delivery date at checkout. It’s a good guide, not a guarantee, as busy periods, carrier hiccups and customs can all add time.

Delivery costs
We calculate shipping at checkout based on where you live and what’s in your basket, so there are no nasty surprises later.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home. No email within 5 days of ordering? Tell us at [create@think-creative.co.uk], and we’ll chase it up.

Orders that arrive in parts
Some products are printed at different facilities, so 1 order can arrive in more than 1 parcel. It’s still 1 order, and you won’t pay a penny extra for it.

Customs and import fees
Orders delivered within the UK shouldn’t attract any customs charges. Parcels heading overseas may be hit with import duties, taxes or handling fees set by your local customs authority. These aren’t included in your order total, and they’re outside our control, so your local customs office is the best place to check.

Changing your order
Production starts quickly, so speed matters. Spotted a slip with a size, colour or address? Email [email] as soon as you can and we’ll do everything we can to sort it. We can’t promise changes once printing has begun.

Delays and lost parcels
We’ll always do our utmost to help. If your order is late or goes missing, email us, and we’ll work with you and our partners to track it down. If it can’t be found, we’ll reprint or refund within 30 days.

Wrong address or refused parcels
Please double-check your address before you hit buy. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete, or it’s refused or unclaimed, we’ll work with you to send it again.
